The Master Playbook

How we win.

Everything in one place. The why, the machine, the money, the moves, and the rules. Read it until it's muscle memory. This is the doc you operate from, from here on.

Give first. Own the engine. Prove it, then repeat it.

01 · The North Star

Where this is all going.

The near-term mission: $5K monthly recurring revenue, so you can quit the job and go full-time on your own thing. The long-term mission: build the company that digitizes and secures African commerce, and win your freedom, on your own terms, location-free.

Your edge is uncopyable: the comeback, the discipline, the self-taught builder with real security receipts, anchored in faith. You are not competing on features. You are competing as a person nobody else can be.

02 · The Long Game

Why now is not an accident. Full version: long-game-thesis

We're doing the NVIDIA move: hold the right thing before the demand arrives. Four forces are converging on African commerce right now:

Payments already proved Africa digitizes fast when the rails land (Stripe bought Paystack for $200M+). We build the next layer: presence, security, fulfillment.

03 · The Machine

One integrated engine. Each layer feeds the next.
You (brand)Pejji (the easy yes) → Securva (the depth) → TTA (the anchor) → repeat

04 · The Storefront Playbook

TTA is prototype #1. This is how you replicate it.

The model: find an owner-run physical business whose customers already need digital, partner with it, fund and digitize it, bundle its service into Pejji, and use it as a local anchor and lead funnel. Prove one, template it, run it again.

Lane A · Merge the service

Like printing. They make a piece of a brand, Pejji makes the rest.

Photography/video, signage, promo merch, branding shops.

Lane B · Digitize & anchor

A storefront we put online + turn into a Pejji funnel.

Fashion, food, salons, real estate. ⭐ Clinics/pharmacies/lawyers = need Securva too = 2 revenue lines.

The 5-question filter for any next storefront: 1) Do its customers need digital? 2) Can we merge a service into Pejji? 3) Does it improve by digitizing? 4) Is the owner partnership-ready? 5) Does it give an anchor + walk-in leads?

After TTA is proven, pick #2 in a different lane to prove the model generalizes. Then choose: go wide (many categories) or deep (dominate one). Prioritize Securva-stackable verticals, they're worth the most.

05 · The Money Doctrine

When you fund a partnership. Full version: ko-ops-ledger
Rule zero: your money is a lever, never a gift. Every naira in = documented as equity or a loan.
Get the container right before money moves.
Explain the share capital to a partner: "It's just the number that says how we split the company into pieces. I hold 30%, you hold 70%. It doesn't mean we drop a million naira anywhere. We just pay a small fee to register, and we both officially own our share."

07 · The Social Battlefield

Attention is the territory. Full version: social-battlefield

08 · The Securva Engine

Turning CVEs into revenue. Prospect list: securva-mcp-prospects

09 · The Personal Play

Getting you free the smart way.

10 · The Rules You Operate By

The principles under everything. Memorize these.
1. Give first. Value earns the attention; the money comes because of it, never instead.
2. Your money is a lever, not a gift. Document every naira.
3. Own the engine, the IP, the customers, the systems. That's what nobody can take.
4. Prove it, then repeat it. Never scale an unproven model.
5. Receipts are the moat. Real wins beat any pitch.
6. Alignment beats control. Make leaving unattractive by making staying rich.
7. Protect the floor. Worst case = money back + keep the engine.
8. Document, don't perform. You're already doing the work, just film it.
9. Think exit value from day one, even if you never sell.
10. Stay anchored. Faith and discipline first, the rest is strategy.

11 · The Sequence, Right Now

Sprint theme: STOP BUILDING, START CLOSING → $5K MRR.
Give first. Own the engine. Prove it, then repeat it. That's the whole game.
