The Master Playbook
How we win.
Everything in one place. The why, the machine, the money, the moves, and the rules. Read it until it's muscle memory. This is the doc you operate from, from here on.
Give first. Own the engine. Prove it, then repeat it.
01 · The North Star
Where this is all going.
The near-term mission: $5K monthly recurring revenue, so you can quit the job and go full-time on your own thing. The long-term mission: build the company that digitizes and secures African commerce, and win your freedom, on your own terms, location-free.
Your edge is uncopyable: the comeback, the discipline, the self-taught builder with real security receipts, anchored in faith. You are not competing on features. You are competing as a person nobody else can be.
02 · The Long Game
We're doing the NVIDIA move: hold the right thing before the demand arrives. Four forces are converging on African commerce right now:
- The 1996 moment. ~40M Nigerian MSMEs, 14M renting their whole presence on Meta apps, almost none owning a real site. That gap closes over the next decade, like the West's did.
- The wave. Africa 1.5B to 2.5B by 2050, Nigeria to 377M, median age ~18. The largest, youngest commercial base on earth.
- Forced demand. Data-protection law (NDPA), mandatory audits, digitized registration, e-invoicing. The government is manufacturing customers for websites, payments, and security.
- The unlock. AI collapsed the cost of serving millions of tiny businesses. A market that was unservable now works. That's our timing.
Payments already proved Africa digitizes fast when the rails land (Stripe bought Paystack for $200M+). We build the next layer: presence, security, fulfillment.
03 · The Machine
One integrated engine. Each layer feeds the next.
You (brand) → Pejji (the easy yes) → Securva (the depth) → TTA (the anchor) → repeat
- Personal brand = free, compounding distribution. Pulls the attention everything else runs on.
- Pejji = the low-friction wedge that gets you inside a business (their website / online presence).
- Securva = the high-margin, recurring, defensible layer (security + NDPA compliance, backed by real CVEs). Pejji is the trojan horse for Securva.
- TTA = the physical anchor + fulfillment + proof you can walk into.
04 · The Storefront Playbook
TTA is prototype #1. This is how you replicate it.
The model: find an owner-run physical business whose customers already need digital, partner with it, fund and digitize it, bundle its service into Pejji, and use it as a local anchor and lead funnel. Prove one, template it, run it again.
Lane A · Merge the service
Like printing. They make a piece of a brand, Pejji makes the rest.
Photography/video, signage, promo merch, branding shops.
Lane B · Digitize & anchor
A storefront we put online + turn into a Pejji funnel.
Fashion, food, salons, real estate. ⭐ Clinics/pharmacies/lawyers = need Securva too = 2 revenue lines.
The 5-question filter for any next storefront: 1) Do its customers need digital? 2) Can we merge a service into Pejji? 3) Does it improve by digitizing? 4) Is the owner partnership-ready? 5) Does it give an anchor + walk-in leads?
After TTA is proven, pick #2 in a different lane to prove the model generalizes. Then choose: go wide (many categories) or deep (dominate one). Prioritize Securva-stackable verticals, they're worth the most.
05 · The Money Doctrine
Rule zero: your money is a lever, never a gift. Every naira in = documented as equity or a loan.
- Director's loan + preferred return. Your capital is repaid FIRST, off the top, before any profit split. You finance, you don't gamble.
- Fund assets, track them to you. Machines = your documented contribution, or you own them and lease them in.
- Fund in tranches. Release money as the business proves itself, not on faith.
- Own the IP + customer data. The site, systems, and customer list are Pejji's, not the shop's. If it ends, you keep the engine. That's the moat.
- Three income streams from every shop: profit share (equity), capital repayment (loan), and a monthly Pejji management fee (recurring).
- Bundle printing/services into Pejji so your money into the shop pays itself back through Pejji sales. Left hand feeds the right.
06 · The Legal Shell
Get the container right before money moves.
- Limited Company (Ltd), not a Business Name. Only the Ltd puts your % on the official register. A Business Name is one person only.
- Low share capital. Register at ₦100k to ₦1M, not ₦5M. Share capital is how the company is sliced on paper, NOT cash you deposit. The fee is a small slice of that number.
- Your Nigerian passport, always. Any foreign ownership triggers a ₦100M minimum. Hold shares as a Nigerian.
- The shareholders' agreement. The lawyer draws it: vesting, profit split, decision rights, IP, exit, and the loan + preferred return.
Explain the share capital to a partner: "It's just the number that says how we split the company into pieces. I hold 30%, you hold 70%. It doesn't mean we drop a million naira anywhere. We just pay a small fee to register, and we both officially own our share."
07 · The Social Battlefield
- You are the weapon. The brand nobody can copy.
- Two fronts: TikTok/Reels to WIN reach, WhatsApp/DMs to CLOSE. Never link-in-bio in Nigeria, send them to a chat.
- Three ammo types: Value (teach), Proof (receipts, wins as weapons), Story (the human). Receipt posts convert 2-5x.
- The kill chain: reach → keyword CTA ("comment OWN") → DM → close.
- Value first, always. Every post gives, does 2+ jobs, and chases saves / shares / watch-time, not vanity likes.
08 · The Securva Engine
- The wave: MCP / AI-agent security is exploding (300+ advisories and surging). It's the exact class you break.
- The receipts: real published CVEs (File Browser, Gitea, OpenBao). Proof, not a pitch.
- The play: warm-outreach to vendors who shipped a CVE ("you had this, we audit this class"). Lead with their own advisory.
- The forced demand: NDPA makes NG firms legally hire a security auditor. Recurring, defensible money.
- Keep stacking CVEs via fork-watch on tracked tools. Each new CVE = more Securva proof. The two compound.
09 · The Personal Play
Getting you free the smart way.
- The exit is a bridge, not a leap. Don't trade a draining job for a draining grind. A partial flexible bridge (peak-only driving or food delivery, ~12-20 hrs) protects your creative energy while Pejji + Securva ramp.
- The real exit is the businesses replacing the income. The bridge buys time; the build buys freedom.
- Claim the capital stack. As a young Black Canadian founder: Black-founder loans, young-founder grants, SR&ED (35% refundable). Incorporate first, that one move unlocks the whole stack.
- Protect your energy. Your creative hours are the asset. Guard them like the business depends on them, because it does.
10 · The Rules You Operate By
The principles under everything. Memorize these.
1. Give first. Value earns the attention; the money comes because of it, never instead.
2. Your money is a lever, not a gift. Document every naira.
3. Own the engine, the IP, the customers, the systems. That's what nobody can take.
4. Prove it, then repeat it. Never scale an unproven model.
5. Receipts are the moat. Real wins beat any pitch.
6. Alignment beats control. Make leaving unattractive by making staying rich.
7. Protect the floor. Worst case = money back + keep the engine.
8. Document, don't perform. You're already doing the work, just film it.
9. Think exit value from day one, even if you never sell.
10. Stay anchored. Faith and discipline first, the rest is strategy.
11 · The Sequence, Right Now
Sprint theme: STOP BUILDING, START CLOSING → $5K MRR.
- Close Securva. Send the outreach (the MCP prospects + founder pitches). Closest to money.
- Lock TTA. Call the CAC guy (Ltd, low share capital, your passport). Sign the agreement before funding.
- Fire the content sprint. Turn every real win into a proof post. Pejji's live, so lead with proof.
- Get Pejji sellers transacting. Real numbers, more storefronts live.
- Incorporate BlessedOps. Unlocks the capital stack + SR&ED.
